General Requirements for Grades of Staff
1. Management Assistant (M.A): Entry Level
• Age Limit: Maximum of 30 years
2. Assistant Manager (AM)
• Age Limit: Maximum of 35 years.
• Relevant Cognate work experience, not less than 4 years (with evidence of previous work duties stated in a submitted CV).
3. Deputy Manager (DM)
• Age Limit: Maximum of 35 years.
• Relevant Cognate work experience not less than 6 years (with evidence of previous work/duties performed in a submitted CV).
4. Manager (M)
• Age Limit: Maximum of 35 years.
• Relevant Cognate work experience not less than 10 years (with evidence of previous work/duties performed in a submitted CV).
5. Senior Manager (SM)
• Age Limit: Maximum of 35 years.
• Relevant Cognate work experience not less than 12 years (with evidence of previous work/duties performed in a submitted CV).
