The Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) wishes to invite competent contractors to submit tender for the supply of 150 – 200 KVA Tengen/ Stavol Stabilizer, accessories, cabling and testing.

SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Interested companies are invited to submit sealed bid marked “150 – 200 KVA Tengen/ Stavol Stabilizer” and addressed to:

Plot 447/448 Constitution Avenue,
Central Business District,
Abuja.
SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF BIDS
Bids must be accompanied by copy of valid certificate of Company registration with corporate affairs Commission (CAC) and Tax Clearance not later than 12.00pm of Tuesday 7th December, 2010.
The opening of bids shall be at 1.00 pm on Tuesday 7th December, 2010 in the Corporation’s head office premises.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
(i) Failure to satisfactorily fulfill the conditions as requested above will result in invalidation of such tender.
(ii) NDIC reserves the right to verify the authenticity of claims made by the tendering parties.
