Management has approved the SERVICOM Focal officers meeting for the 3rd quarter scheduled to hold on 18th November at the NDIC Conference Hall, 4th floor Abuja. The meeting is scheduled to start by 10 am.

As usual, an observer from the SERVICOM Office in the Presidency is expected to be in attendance to observe the proceedings of the meeting and to also deliver a goodwill message to members.

The theme for this meeting is ‘Enhancing Stakeholder satisfaction through efficient and effective service delivery’. Members are therefore expected to take the theme into consideration in their submissions and deliberations.
