The Executive Committee of the Board (EXCO) consists of the Managing Director/Chief Executive and the two Executive Directors.  The Director of the Office of the Secretary to the Board/Legal Adviser acts as Secretary. The EXCO initiates and recommends policies to the Board and sees to the successful implementation of approved policies as well as the day-to-day running of the Corporation.  The EXCO meeting holds once a week or at such other times as circumstances might dictate.
