The Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) wishes to inform all Depositors of the erstwhile Afribank, Bank PHB and Spring Bank that their deposits have been transferred to Mainstreet Bank, Keystone and Enterprise Banks. This means that they will continue to enjoy normal banking services from the new banks.

The NDIC also wishes to assure depositors and the general public that the three new banks have been fully capitalized and insured by the Corporation. They are therefore very safe for banking business.
