NDIC operates a vibrant Training Center which offers variety of courses in the following core areas:-

Ø  Bank Examination, including consolidated and risk-based  supervision

Ø   Accounting

Ø  Deposit Insurance

Ø  Leadership Development

The Center liaises with leading deposit insurance corporations in other parts of the world for best practice and benchmarking.

The Center handles orientation/induction programme for newly recruited staff of the Corporation.  During the programme, new employees are formally welcomed into the NDIC Family.  The culture and values of the Corporation as well as overview of the Corporation’s activities, its structure, work ethics and the need for self-development, are imparted into them in a warm and cordial environment before they are deployed to their various departments, units and zones. 

The orientation programme provides a smooth transition for new employees.
